Frequently Asked Questions
We try to anticipate questions you might have about our product / service and provide the answers here. If you need additional information send email to email@example.com.
Does SWP receive funds from the federal government?
No. SWP receives no money or grants from the federal government. Our service programs are sustained by contributions such as yours.
Do SWP receive programs overlap or duplicate government programs?
No. SWP programs pick up and fill the void left by government agencies. This is especially true given government budget cut-backs which have made the need greater over the past years.
Is my donation tax-deductible?
Yes, The SWP is a tax-exempt organization, and all contributions are tax-deductible according to IRS regulations.
How much of my donation goes to help veterans?
90% of all contributions will be used for programs of service to all military branches: Active duty and reserve members, service disabled veterans and their families nationwide. While that figure already compares favorably with other national charities, we will constantly strive to further increase efficiency and effectiveness in the use of the funds that you entrust to Support Warrior Project.
Is Support Warrior Project approved by watchdog agencies?
No. SWP will meet all standards and will be approved by the leading consumer agency, The Better Business Bureau Wise Giving Alliance.
